A resident asked what the zoning is on the new building across from the Wexner warehouses and whether data centers or detention facilities could go there. Staff explained it's zoned Innovation District (unchanged since 2020), built as a spec industrial building with no tenant, and that the code amendment would remove detention centers as an allowed use.
